2) To leave your review, simply fill in the fields provided. You will have to choose
a nickname that will be displayed with your comment. Don't worry! Your email address won't be visible.

3. How can I see other customers' reviews of a product?

To read other customers' reviews, click on the product rating (star rating) at the top right of your product page or look for the " Customer Reviews " section at the bottom of the page.

In this space, you can find the product's average rating and see other customers' reviews. And if there are no reviews yet? Good news, you can be the first to review the product!

4. Is there a physical Le Lab de Beauté store?

Currently, Le Lab de Beauté does not have its own physical store. However, you can purchase our products through our online store and at aesthetic medicine centers. We are committed to offering you the best shopping experience and advice, whether online or through our professional partners.

1. How can I place an order online?

1) Find the product you want to buy.

2) Click “ Add to Cart .” Once you’ve confirmed your new product, you can continue shopping or complete your order.

3) When your cart is full, you can click on it and check the products that have been added. At this point, you have the option to modify the quantity, add or remove a product. Then, click on the
" Pay order " button.

4) Choose a shipping method. Check your delivery information before confirming your order.

5) If you have a promo code, now's the time to use it! Enter your promo code in the " Discount Code " field and then click the " Apply " button.

6) To finalize your order, choose your payment method. Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email.

2. How do I pay for my order?

This is the final step of your order! Just select your payment method and you're done!
We only accept bank cards, you must indicate the card number, the CVV2 (secret number that appears on the back) and the date
of validity of this.

3. Is my order confirmed?
