How to make a return?
You can return products purchased at www.lelabdebeaute.es within 14 days of the delivery date. The product must be returned in its packaging and be completely new, meaning it must not have been used.
Download and print the return form and insert it into the return package.

Orders without a return form will not be considered.
The shipping costs for returning your products are your responsibility.
Can I return or cancel a purchase made at a beauty salon or pharmacy?
Products purchased at pharmacies or parapharmacies that sell our brand cannot be exchanged or refunded.
We advise you to contact the point of sale where the purchase was made directly.
Is it possible to receive a refund?
Of course. If all or part of the order is not suitable for you, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of receipt of the products. To process a return, products delivered by Le Lab de Beauté must be in good condition. They must be returned in their original, unused packaging, along with any gifts sent with the order, if applicable.
Products and initial shipping charges will be refunded directly to the credit card used to place the order.
The shipping costs for returning your products are your responsibility.
How long does it take to process a refund?
The refund will be issued within an average of 10 days from the date of receipt of your package.
You have 14 days to notify us of your withdrawal from an order using the withdrawal form. You then have 14 days to return the package to us. You will receive your refund within 14 days of receiving the package.
Customer Responsibility
Remember that you are responsible for your package until it reaches us. Therefore, we recommend keeping your shipping receipt.
