CONDITIONS FOR RETURNING/EXCHANGING PRODUCTS:

1) Withdrawal: From the moment you receive your order from caudalie.com, you have 14 calendar days to withdraw, without needing to provide any reasons or pay any penalties, except for the return shipping costs, which you are responsible for. To do so, complete the withdrawal form, which you can download at es.caudalie.com/cgv, and send it to our Customer Service Department. You have 14 days* after your withdrawal to return the product(s) you wish to receive a refund, accompanied by this form.

2) Non-Conformity: As provided in our General Conditions of Sale, in the event of an anomaly in the package or products, you may return them within 14 calendar days of receiving the order, accompanied by this form, for a free exchange.
